Inverurie Business Park, Aberdeenshire is being developed from the land holding of International Paper, when it closed its paper manufacturing plant in Inverurie. Kilbride has an agreement with International Paper to promote the redevelopment of the site which was originally 150 acres in total. Kilbride has been involved in selling parts of the site to local organisations and has obtained planning consent for the first phase of new development which has been successfully been sold to a local Inverurie business for development as a new company HQ and data centre.

Inverurie is situated approximately 17 miles north-west of Aberdeen and 142 miles north of Edinburgh, with a population of over 10,000 people. The A96 runs to the west of the town and is the main trunk road connecting Inverurie with Aberdeen to the South-east and smaller towns to the North.

The town benefits from a railway station with regular services to Aberdeen with a journey time of 25 minutes. The town is within easy commuting distance to Aberdeen which has been a contributing factor to the growth of the town.

The main employers in the town include ANM Group Ltd and Scottish Premier Meat Ltd, along with a number of local construction and engineering firms, local government departments and health services. The main oil and gas industry is focused around the City of Aberdeen.

Kilbride obtained outline planning consent for the first phase together with detailed planning for the infrastructure prior to selling that phase, and has been working with Aberdeenshire Council on future proposals for the remaining land.
