Cracknore Kilbride and its subsidiaries have and continue to produce new and innovative solutions to corporate and community infrastructure and energy requirements. Here are a selection of the completed projects and new features generated from our work in the sectors.
Kilbride is promoting a new Strategic Rail freight development of approximately 8m square feet of B8 logistics warehousing and a 775m intermodal rail terminal through its joint venture, Four Ashes Limited (FAL), with Grosvenor Group and local landowner Piers Monckton. Following three consultation processes, Four Ashes Ltd (FAL) submitted an application for a Development Consent Order (DCO), for the West Midlands Interchange (WMI), a proposed new strategic rail freight interchange (SRFI) in South Staffordshire which is to be examined by the Planning Inspectorate (PINS).
Four Ashes Limited has launched a public consultation on its plans to build a major new strategic rail freight interchange (SRFI) to serve South Staffordshire and the West Midlands. The project is being led by Kilbride. Consultation on early design options for the scheme starts on Monday June 13 and will run until Sunday July 24. Four Ashes Limited is encouraging interested members of the public and businesses to have their say at this early stage in the project’s development. A number of public exhibitions are scheduled, where people can look at plans and documents and discuss the project first hand with members of the project design team.
